Yes, full payment is required once you place your order before we can start the build, whether through the website, through our PC Concierge, or in person.
Not a problem! Contact our store to let us know the changes you would like to make. Please note that once the build process has started, we cannot make changes to an existing order without a fee.
Typically, the custom build process will take anywhere between 4-8 business days, unless specific parts are back-ordered. We will communicate a specific build timeline once you place your order. If you have urgent build requests, please contact our store and our PC Concierge will work with you to make sure we meet your needs
If you're not happy with your custom-build PC, we offer a 7-Day Return Policy with a restocking fee. Items Must Be Returned In Original Condition With All Packaging And Accessories Provided At The Time Of Purchase and without any damage. We are not able to offer returns after 7 days.
Yes, we have a 15% restocking fee on all products purchased from South Bay Geek, including custom built PCs that are returned for refund.
You may cancel your order if the building process is not started. Once build process has started, a $150 cancellation fee will be applied
South Bay Geek stands behind all custom-built PCs and their performance 100%! We offer 2 years of technical support for all PCs that are fully built by us (does not include "Bring your own parts" PCs). If you have received your PC and are experiencing a technical support issue, please email us at support@southbaygeek.com to open a support ticket.
In additional to the manufacturers standard warranties for your parts, we provide a 2 year warranty on labor. Please note that warranties are tied to each custom-build PCs and customers and are not transferrable to other customers.
Your PC is covered by manufacturer's warranty on all parts installed by us. If you're having any issues with your computer, please contact us at support@southbaygeek.com to initiate warranty support
For "Bring your Own Parts" builds, we offer a limited 30-day warranty on labor. Please note that we're not able to guarantee support or compatibility on customer-ordered parts
