    • I don't want to buy a new PC. Can I just upgrade mine?

      Yes, depending on your current computer, we may be able to upgrade some of the parts to enhance your experience without having to buy a whole new computer. Please contact us at info@southbaygeek.com for more details.

    • Can I trade-in my old PC?

      Absolutely! Trading in your computer is a great way to finance your new computer. Contact us at info@southbaygeek.com for more info on our trade-in process.

  • Shopping information

    • Can I bring my own parts?

      Absolutely! If you prefer buying your own parts and just have our shop assemble it for you, we offer a variety of options. Please see our services / repair page for more info on pricing

    • Do you offer shipping?

      We take pride in the quality and stability of our custom builds. As such, we currently do not offer shipping but offer free pick up at our store. Contact us for more info!

    • Do you sell PC parts/peripherals?

      Yes, we sell various parts in our online shop. Please see our Products page for more information

    • What types of parts do you use?

      We use high-quality parts from some of the major brands (e.g., AMD, Intel, MSI, and others). If you have specific request, please reach out to us!

    • Do you offer bulk-discounts?

      Yes, we offer discounts for large/bulk orders for both consumers and businesses. Please contact us at info@southbaygeek.com for more details

    • What payments do you accept?

      We accept all major credit cards

    • Do you offer discounts?

      We have regular promotions throughout the calendar year. Sign-up for our newsletter to stay up to date with the latest promotions

    • Do I have to pay for my build in full?

      Yes, full payment is required once you place your order before we can start the build, whether through the website, through our PC Concierge, or in person.

    • Can I change my order?

      Not a problem! Contact our store to let us know the changes you would like to make. Please note that once the build process has started, we cannot make changes to an existing order without a fee.

    • How long will my order take?

      Typically, the custom build process will take anywhere between 4-8 business days, unless specific parts are back-ordered. We will communicate a specific build timeline once you place your order. If you have urgent build requests, please contact our store and our PC Concierge will work with you to make sure we meet your needs

  • Returns, Cancellation, and Refunds

    • What is your return policy?

      If you're not happy with your custom-build PC, we offer a 7-Day Return Policy with a restocking fee. Items Must Be Returned In Original Condition With All Packaging And Accessories Provided At The Time Of Purchase and without any damage. We are not able to offer returns after 7 days.

    • Is there a restocking fee?

      Yes, we have a 15% restocking fee on all products purchased from South Bay Geek, including custom built PCs that are returned for refund.

    • Can I cancel my order?

      You may cancel your order if the building process is not started. Once build process has started, a $150 cancellation fee will be applied

    • Do you offer support?

      South Bay Geek stands behind all custom-built PCs and their performance 100%! We offer 2 years of technical support for all PCs that are fully built by us (does not include "Bring your own parts" PCs). If you have received your PC and are experiencing a technical support issue, please email us at support@southbaygeek.com to open a support ticket.
